What to Drink
Wine, believe it or not, isn't the only thing being poured. The staff has also whipped up a few specialty cocktails based on grape-based spirits, such as the Effervescence: vodka, bubbly, Grand Marnier, lime, and basil.
Where to Sit
There are two couches located at the center of the room and by far the most comfortable spot in the bar.
Save Money
In addition to ordering by the glass, another great option are the carafes of wine that will nab guests a bit more than a glass without having to commit to a whole bottle.
Fun Fact
The designer behind Rouge et Blanc is Cameron Hirigoyen, the same restaurateur who has given San Francisco Piperade and Bocadillos.

A perfect place to sip fabulous wines and chat with friends. (A good spot for a date as well). The atmosphere is sophisticated and modern. The staff was really helpful and knowledgeable. Most importantly, the wine was out of this world!!

Awesome place to meet for a first date, the staff is super knowledgable and ready to give a fun wine lesson on tuscan varietals and wine making, in a romantic atmosphere. You can even do some food pairing with some small plates, italian cheeses and charcuterie, and antipasti. A fun place to meet friends for the start of the evening, or to end up at the end of the night for a night cap of dessert wine and truffles.
Pros: smart staff, great food, cool music
Cons: maybe too smart, small portions, eclectic mixes
Great Wine, Great Location, Okay Service Reviewed by dstark on

Great wine selections, great location .... service is okay, you feel as if you are a burden on the staff. I have been there on several occasions and watched people sit down, wait and then walk out, that stinks!! A bit pricey and the appetizers are okay, but a bit of a rip-off.
